Please make sure that staff is available to receive the order and get the order inside the delivery location. Any charges incurred in delays or changing delivery site is the sole responsibility of the customer, please acknowledge that you understand and will have staff present to offload at the time of delivery. Ordering additional services, such as a lift gate, is less expensive when ordered in advance prior to shipping.
