How do you want things packed? Please select an option below No preference, whatever the factory recommends. In boxes Shrink wrapped On pallets ** Note there is a fee of $10 per pallet. Any additional instructions or comments?   This is a curbside delivery, the driver is not responsible for taking the product off the truck or into the location. Please make sure that staff is available to receive the order and get the order inside the delivery location. Any charges incurred in delays or changing delivery site is the sole responsibility of the customer, please acknowledge that you understand and will have staff present to offload at the time of delivery. Ordering additional services, such as a lift gate, is less expensive when ordered in advance prior to shipping. I have answered all the questions truthfully and agree to any additional charges incurred on delivery.
