Shipping & Returns

Prince Seatings products are made to order per your specifications, lead times are estimated and subject to change. 

All seating ships assembled and ready you to use and enjoy. Tables & bases require assembly. 

Once the order is ready to ship from our Brooklyn, NY factory & warehouse a client satisfaction team member will contact you to arrange a delivery. All details will be confirmed before shipping, including final delivery cost, so there are no surprises. 

Depending on how far your chairs needs to travel, we will determine the best way to ship your order.

If the distance is not too far, we will deliver on our own truck. Yes there is a lift gate, and there is no charge to use it.

If the distance is too far for us, we will ship with a common freight carrier. It is very important for your to advise us of any special needs or requirements you have for delivery. Common carriers do not always have a lift gate and often charge a fee to use one. We do request they call to schedule a delivery, but cannot guarantee they will. Of course instructions how to contact the trucking company and track your order will be sent to you.

Deliveries are what is commonly known as 'sidewalk delivery'. This means the driver is not responsible or required to lift, carry, move, or bring anything inside. Most driver will help unload, it helps to be friendly.

Prince Seating also offers the option for clients to arrange for pick up from our warehouse.

You have a right to inspect your order for damages before signing for it. Do not allow the driver to rush you or force you to sign anything before inspecting for damages. Of course if there are visible signs of damage on the outside, you should inspect the inside more carefully. If any damages are found, please contact us for instructions. Damages must be noted on the bill of lading (delivery receipt).

It is your responsibility to check for any damages before accepting and signing for the delivery.

Because our products are custom made for you, we unfortunately do not accept returns.
